We do not use or sell your private information. The email address you enter will not be solicited unless you specifically sign up for our newsletter, it is for only confirming your purchase and custom order photos only.

Personalized or items painted your choice of color are not eligible for return, I will send a photo to the email you have provided prior to shipping your item so that if you are unhappy with the personalization/color changes can be made prior to shipping. Please provide an email that you will check to confirm your item is ready to ship. If I have not received a response after 3 business days I will go ahead and ship the item as I assume you are not wanting any changes.
Non personalized items are eligible for refund and must be returned back to me in 7 business days, buyer is responsible for return shipping on the item and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Once it is received back undamaged or altered a refund will be processed. If the item arrives back dirty a partial refund will be issued based on the loss of value to the item.

I am currently shipping out orders anywhere from 3-5 business days. Processing times do vary from item to item please check approximate delivery dates for each item. If there is a further delay in processing your order I will keep you informed via email. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee delivery dates, and I am not responsible for packages arriving after holidays, personal parties, occasions due to delays from USPS ( this is rare but can happen). In this situation I cannot issue any refunds due to delays in the shipping process.


In event of shipping damage please contact me via email within 3 days of delivery. Please send a photo of shipping damage, and we will replace the damaged order at no cost.

It is the customer's responsibility provide an accurate deliverable address upon purchase. If you contact me via email after your purchase with a different address, I will try to accommodate the request, but I cannot guarantee I will see the message in time. I will try my best to check my messages several times a day but if I’ve already shipped the item out I cannot do anything at that point.

TheLittleRusticFarm is not responsible for incorrect address and/or if product is returned to us, lost, or delayed at the Post Office. For items returned by USPS it will be the buyers responsibility to pay for the additional shipping charges and it will be the full amount USPS charges NOT the advertised shipping rate of $7.50.
